About the Internship
As a QA Intern, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing of client portals, CRMs, and custom applications during all project phases — development, staging, UAT, and go-live. You will perform detailed checks, raise bug reports, validate fixes, and ensure every module works seamlessly before handover. Additionally, you will assist in reproducing and testing issues reported by clients after delivery.Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project Phase Testing
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for entire CRM setups.
Test all apps, modules, and custom workflows during development and staging.
Execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) checklists with clients before delivery.
Validate data accuracy after migrations and integrations.
🔹 Quality Control & Reporting
Document detailed test cases and maintain structured test reports.
Log bugs/issues with clear steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results.
Track reported issues until resolution and verify fixes from the development team.
Ensure adherence to client requirements and project scope.
🔹 Client Support Testing
Reproduce issues reported by clients post-delivery.
Conduct root-cause analysis with developers to identify errors.
Validate hotfixes and patches before applying to production.
Requirements
Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Understanding of software testing principles (manual testing, UAT, regression).
Familiarity with bug tracking/project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to think from a client/end-user perspective.
(Optional) Basic knowledge of automation testing tools.
