About Noogat
Noogat is an early-stage, a16z-backed AI startup founded by a team from McKinsey, Bain, Jane Street and the University of Cambridge. We are building AI agents to automate consulting workflows, starting with presentation creation and formatting. As a software engineer intern, you will work directly with the co-founders to develop our product. This position can be part or full time and the stipend will vary accordingly.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and ship features across our full stack: Python/LangChain backend and TypeScript frontend.
2. Work on building and optimizing production quality AI agents.
3. Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
4. Collaborate directly with the co-founders on product and engineering decisions.
Who We're Looking For
1. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in CS or a related field from a top-tier university (IITs, BITS, etc.).
2. Demonstration of strong coding ability through a portfolio, internships, hackathons etc
3. Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of CS fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms).
4. A driven self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
