About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage daily posts, stories, reels, and highlights on Instagram to promote products and engage followers.
2. Create visually appealing and trendy content aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and audience.
3. Respond to DMs and comments promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
4. Handle WhatsApp Business communication — take orders, answer queries, send product details, and follow up with customers.
5. Keep track of customer interactions, order confirmations, and maintain basic logs.
6. Share updates on new arrivals, offers to keep audiences engaged.
7. Suggest creative ideas for increasing reach and engagement (e.g., reels, giveaways, trending content).
8. Report on weekly engagement metrics and share feedback on what’s working.
