About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Responsible for the daily operations of the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), including content planning, publishing, engagement, and data tracking.
2. Develop and execute monthly/quarterly social media promotion plans, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and drives user engagement and activity.
3. Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, optimize operational strategies, and identify potential traffic opportunities.
4. Write high-quality, engaging social media copy (graphics, short videos, livestream scripts, etc.), integrating with trending topics to enhance communication effectiveness.
5. Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce visual content, ensuring creative content aligns with brand objectives.
6. Plan and execute online events (e.g., sweepstakes, topic-based interactions, KOL collaborations, etc.) to expand brand exposure.
7. Increase follower count and accuracy through targeted advertising, SEO optimization, and cross-platform traffic generation.
8. Respond promptly to user comments and private messages to maintain brand image, address negative feedback, and communicate it to relevant departments.
9. Build fan communities, develop user segmentation strategies, and improve conversion rates.
10. Regularly analyze social media data (read counts, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc.), generate reports, and provide optimization recommendations.
11. Use this data to adjust content direction, delivery strategies, and campaign plans to improve ROI (return on investment).
12. Liaise and manage resources such as KOLs/KOCs (Key Opinion Leaders/Consumers), media, and MCNs to facilitate the implementation of collaborative projects.
13. Explore cross-industry collaboration opportunities and plan joint events or event marketing.
