About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Research, write, and edit compelling content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, case studies, and more.
2. Adapt writing style and tone to suit different client brands and target audiences.
3. Develop creative and original content ideas that align with client objectives and current trends.
4. Assist in monitoring online conversations and mentions of clients' brands across social media, review sites, forums, and other online platforms.
5. Learn to identify and categorize sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) related to client mentions.
6. Support in drafting polite, professional, and brand-aligned responses to online reviews and comments (under supervision).
7. Contribute to reports on ORM activities and insights.
8. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, target audiences, and competitor content.
9. Learn and apply basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to enhance content visibility.
10. Collaborate effectively with content managers, designers, and other team members to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
11. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
12. Proofread and edit content meticulously to ensure accuracy, grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand guidelines.
13. Assist in updating and managing content on various Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress (if applicable).
14. Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
