About the Internship
# Core responsibilities include:- Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience interests.
- Creating and curating engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and others.
- Managing day-to-day activities on all social channels using scheduling or management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media metrics and KPIs, using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Engaging with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and integrate social efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
- Researching industry and social media trends, as well as competitors, to keep strategies current and effective.
- Building and maintaining online relationships with influencers, advocates, and key stakeholders.
- Managing occasional paid campaigns, budgets, and boosting posts (especially in smaller companies).
- Assisting with crisis communication and monitoring brand reputation online.

- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with social media management, analytics, and content creation tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
