About the Internship

Hiring! Social Media Manager (1+ Years Experience)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
Opportunity: Full-Time

If your social strategies drive engagement, your campaigns deliver measurable results, and you can turn insights into viral-worthy posts, we want you on our squad!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Strategy: Craft and execute winning strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X tailored to startups and D2C brands
2. Content Planning & Management: Plan monthly calendars, oversee creatives, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
3. Trendspotting & Campaigns: Jump on trends, create campaigns that resonate with Gen-Z & startup audiences, and turn them into measurable growth
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), optimize strategies, and present insights that show what’s working
5. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with scroll-stopping visuals and stories
6. Client Management: Join client calls when needed, present social strategies, and share performance updates

You’re a Perfect Fit If

1. You have 1+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably with startups, D2C, or creative agencies
2. You can showcase your work—from successful campaigns to content that drove engagement or conversions
3. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X growth strategies
4. Familiar with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and social reporting dashboards
5. Comfortable leading campaigns end-to-end from idea to execution
6. You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and can juggle multiple projects with ease
