About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Growth strategy: Build and execute social media growth experiments that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Content playbook: Create viral, platform-native content (memes, reels, short videos, carousels, and polls) tailored for Gen Z audiences.
3. Community building: Grow and engage communities on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
4. Data & analytics: Track KPIs (reach, CTR, conversion, CAC, and retention) and double-down on the highest ROI channels.
5. Paid growth: Experiment with ads, influencer collabs, referral campaigns, and partnerships to maximize reach.
6. Virality loops: Build referral, challenge-based, and gamified campaigns that encourage users to share.
7. AI & tools: Leverage AI tools, automation, and analytics dashboards to run experiments at speed and scale.
8. Competitor benchmarking: Monitor trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
