About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in managing company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X/Twitter).
2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, carousels) tailored to each platform.
3. Help build and maintain a content calendar and consistent posting schedule.
4. Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, hashtags, challenges, and promotional activities to boost reach and engagement.
5. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
6. Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual consistency across all platforms.
7. Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to refine content and campaigns.
8. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
9. Track and analyze basic metrics (followers, reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare simple performance reports.
10. Support the marketing/communications team with digital campaigns, events, influencer collaborations, and cross‑channel promotions.
11. Assist with basic SEO, website content, or email marketing tasks related to social media, if needed.
