About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in designing and scheduling content (posts, reels, and stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn based on the goals of the organization.
2. Create video content (short reels, stories, and awareness clips) to highlight field sessions, mental health topics, and campaign messages.
3. Document field activities and convert them into shareable digital stories.
4. Track social media analytics, generate basic performance reports, and suggest improvements.
5. Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to enhance campaign visibility.
6. Support in creating campaigns for special days (e.g., World Mental Health Day) to boost engagement and visibility.
7. Maintain an organized content calendar and support the timely execution of posts.
8. Attend weekly in-office review meetings to collaborate with the communications and program teams, receive feedback, and align on goals.
