Roles and Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create engaging and visually appealing content for LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Plan, develop, and execute social media marketing strategies to expand our online reach and connect with our target audience effectively.
Track engagement metrics, analyze campaign performance, and present reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Monitor social media channels daily, respond to queries or comments promptly, and maintain a positive brand image online.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative campaigns, seasonal posts, and creative initiatives that align with our brand voice.
Stay updated with current trends, industry news, and platform algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and impactful.
Support ongoing marketing projects by contributing creative ideas, preparing presentations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Research competitor activities and emerging tools to identify new opportunities for growth and audience engagement.
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
Screen incoming resumes, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases, track application progress, and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding activities for new interns and employees, including documentation, orientation sessions, and welcome kits.
Organize and assist with employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and office events.
Draft HR-related communications, memos, and newsletters to keep the team informed and motivated.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information and HR files.
Provide general HR administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with policy implementation.
