About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Researching viral founder and startup content across LinkedIn, X, and similar platforms to identify emerging trends, hooks, and storytelling frameworks.
2. Analyzing what makes posts go viral — tone, format, pacing, visuals, and emotional drivers — and documenting patterns.
3. Creating weekly summaries of trending content themes relevant to DevTools, SaaS, Infra, and AI founders.
4. Writing 3–4 short-form LinkedIn posts per week based on the founder’s notes, podcast clips, or recorded thoughts.
5. Crafting hooks, storylines, and call-to-actions that align with Infrasity’s founder tone and B2B audience.
6. Experimenting with post structures (lessons, reflections, behind-the-scenes, contrarian takes) to test engagement.
7. Collaborating with design and editing teams to turn written posts into carousels or short video scripts.
8. Maintaining a live Notion/Sheet tracker of what content formats and patterns performed best.
9. Assisting in researching and curating potential podcast guests or topics that fit Infrasity’s brand direction.
10. Contributing ideas to improve Infrasity’s overall founder-led content engine — from ideation to distribution.
