About the Internship

Be the creative voice that makes finance simple, fun, and binge-worthy for millions. As an in‑house content creator intern, you’ll own the full stack of content, research, ideation, scripting, recording, editing, and final publishing - across English and Hindi. This is a remote, fast‑paced role for an immediate joiner who can start within 10 days and deliver at least 20 videos a month.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Turn complex money concepts into punchy, scroll‑stopping short videos and explainers that people actually finish and share.
2. Own end‑to‑end production: topic research, creative angles, scripting hooks, filming, editing for Instagram and YouTube.
3. Experiment with formats: reels/shorts, listicles, myth‑busters, FAQs, POVs, screen‑record explainers, founder bytes, and UGC‑style content.
4. Localize content in English and Hindi with clear voiceovers, captions, and on‑screen text for clarity and retention.
5. Track what performs, learn fast, and iterate using a simple content scorecard (hook strength, retention, saves, comments).
6. Collaborate with product and growth to align topics with user questions, launches, and seasonal money moments.

You’ll thrive here if you:

1. Love creating content hands‑on, camera‑friendly, or strong with voiceovers, and enjoy scripting tight hooks.
2. Are comfortable editing on CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci (templates, captions, color, sound, cuts) and basic design on Canva.
3. Can explain finance simply (loans, mutual funds, credit, budgeting); prior finance content is a plus, not a must.
4. Communicate fluently in English and Hindi; regional language skills are a bonus.
5. Are organized, deadline‑driven, and excited to ship 20+ quality videos monthly with consistency.

2. Storytelling for trust in finance, turning user FAQs and product features into relatable narratives.
3. A/B testing hooks, thumbnails, and edits to boost retention and completion rates.
