About the Internship
About the role:As an SEO Manager at DeltaHIRE, you will be instrumental in strategizing and executing our digital content optimization to increase organic traffic, enhance search engine visibility, and boost conversions. Your role will involve scrutinizing our website and content strategies, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and applying SEO best practices to strengthen our online footprint.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Website and Content Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive review and audit of DeltaHIRE’s website to confirm compliance with current SEO standards, and identify opportunities for content, structure, and performance improvements.
2. Keyword Analysis: Perform in-depth keyword research to pinpoint the most impactful search terms for our target demographic, and incorporate these keywords into our content strategy.
3. Content Enhancement: Partner with the content team to craft and refine engaging, SEO-optimized content that appeals to our audience and aligns with search engine requirements.
4. Link Acquisition: Formulate and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks, forging partnerships with related businesses, and bolstering our site's credibility.
5. SEO Insights and Trends: Keep abreast of emerging search engine trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to maintain DeltaHIRE's competitive edge in search engine rankings.
6. Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for further refinement.
7. Competitive Landscape Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO strategies to uncover effective methods and potential opportunities for DeltaHIRE.
8. Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with marketing, advertising, and content teams to ensure SEO strategies are in line with broader marketing goals.
