About the Internship
Immediate Hiring: Sales & Lead Generation Intern (EdTech Platform)Are you a convincing and promising salesperson who can sell anything with confidence? 🚀
We at AkVin Edge are looking for driven individuals to join our growing EdTech platform. You’ll be pitching our in-house courses on Communication & Personality Development, designed for college students, business professionals, and entrepreneurs — while also working on lead generation to bring in potential clients.
Role Details
1. Job Type: Remote | Part-time | Contractual (3 months)
2. Stipend: Incentive-based (earn more as you sell more )
3. Growth: Exceptional performers may be offered a permanent role
4. Certification: Internship completion certificate will be provided
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Generation – Find potential buyers (students, professionals, entrepreneurs) through social media, referrals, databases, and networking.
2. Outreach & Engagement – Connect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn; explain AkVin Edge’s value.
3. Pitching – Present course benefits, handle objections, and match offerings to customer needs.
4. Follow-ups – Nurture interested leads with reminders, brochures, demo sessions, and testimonials.
5. Conversion – Negotiate, close sales, and guide customers through payment & enrollment.
6. Reporting – Maintain lead tracker/CRM, share updates on progress, and give feedback for improvements.
7. Collaboration – Work with marketing for campaigns and training team for customer insights.
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in core sales (mandatory)
2. Strong ability to close deals and maximize sales
3. Comfortable pitching to varied age groups
4. Bonus skills: Content research, Canva, designing brochures/posters/flyers
5. Added edge: Ability to grow followers & engagement on social media
