Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with existing clients via calls and emails
• Understand their training needs and recommend suitable service packages
• Pitch and close sales for programs in Sales, Leadership, and Communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, follow-ups, and delivery
• Maintain CRM records and update client interactions
