About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
2. Take client feedback, testimonials, and reviews to improve service quality
3. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
4. Remind clients about upcoming webinars or sessions and encourage participation
5. Solve basic technical issues clients may face during webinars, online sessions, and online communities
6. Support the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations
7. Update the CRM system with client information
8. Participate in meetings, webinars, and training sessions
9. Assist in preparing reports on sales performance
Requirements:
1. Only those who have completed their graduation can apply
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
4. Comfortable taking feedback and solving technical issues
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt
