About the Internship
Selected intern’s day‑to‑day responsibilities include:1. Conducting market research and competitive intelligence, identifying industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
2. Assisting in lead generation by sourcing prospects and participating in client outreach campaigns.
3. Supporting sales and marketing initiatives, such as campaign execution, presentation preparation, and content coordination.
4. Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records, including logs of outreach and follow-up activity.
5. Preparing insightful reports on leads, market trends, and campaign performance for internal teams.
6. Communicating with clients, leads, and internal team members to assist with sales coordination and intelligence sharing.
Note: The selection committee schedule
1. First round: A recorded interview via a Google Form will be shared through the Internshala messages
2. Second round: An interview will be conducted directly with the HR or the founder
3. Evaluation period: If selected, the first 1-2 weeks will involve testing your knowledge and providing basic training. Your ability to work, create end products, and meet expectations confidently will be assessed, and upon satisfactory performance, you will be officially assigned the role, and your work offer will be provided
Note: Training period- duration- first 2 weeks (pay structure: working 1 hour daily on all working days earns INR 1,000 per month and working 10 hours daily earns INR 10,000 per month)
