About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact after the initial sale to ensure their satisfaction.
2. Problem-Solving & Support:
Address and resolve any issues, concerns, or emergencies that arise during a client's travel, such as rescheduling or cancellations.
3. Upselling & Cross-selling:
Proactively suggest additional travel services, like travel insurance, local tours, or upgraded accommodations, to enhance the client's experience and increase revenue.
4. Information & Feedback:
Follow up with clients to gather feedback, understand their travel experience, and use this information for continuous service improvement.
