About the Internship
We are hiring sales tele callers (freshers) who can handle inbound/outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and support the sales team. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
2. Convert leads into sales by building good customer relationships.
3. Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
4. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
5. Share basic product information and assist customers in their buying journey.
6. Follow scripts and sales guidelines provided by the team.
7. Achieve daily/weekly calls and sales targets.
