About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand client requirements and recommend property options that align with their goals, preferences, and budget.
2. Plan and manage property site visits to provide clients with a clear and engaging on-ground experience.
3. Maintain an accurate and organized client database by recording interactions, needs, and follow-up activities.
4. Consistently engaging and nurturing leads to converting them into qualified prospects and supporting the sales pipeline.
5. Work collaboratively with the sales team to assist in deal closures and contribute to achieving overall targets.
6. Develop strong knowledge of all projects, pricing, and features and provide prompt, high-quality service to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
