About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Lead Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects from social media inquiries, website leads, and referrals
2. Consultative Selling: Understand prospect fitness goals and recommend appropriate programs (gym membership, personal training, race preparation)
3. Trial Session Booking: Convert phone conversations into gym visits and trial sessions
4. Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls and WhatsApp
5. Database Management: Update CRM/lead tracking systems with call notes and prospect status
6. Feedback Collection: Gather insights from prospects to help refine marketing messaging
7. Collaboration: Work closely with founders and coaches to ensure smooth member onboarding
