About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.
2. Arrange, coordinate, and manage property site visits to provide clients with firsthand experience of available options.
3. Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM or database.
4. Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into successful sales.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and finalize property deals.
6. Stay updated on current projects, pricing, features, and market trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
7. Respond promptly to client inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
