About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Follow up with potential leads from different sources like the website, social media, or referrals.
2. Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to understand their interest in studying abroad.
3. Help qualify leads based on basic information such as academic background and country preferences.
4. Keep track of all conversations and updates in the CRM system.
5. Reconnect with leads who haven't responded or dropped off, using follow-up messages or calls.
6. Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to ensure leads are handed over smoothly.
7. Share basic feedback on lead quality or common questions to help improve communication.
8. Assist in preparing simple daily or weekly updates on lead status and follow-up progress.
