About the Internship

This internship is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of modern sales, with a strong focus on communication, negotiation, lead handling, and customer relationship building.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential renters and generate fresh leads through online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
2. Conduct local market research to understand what renters need—area-wise, budget-wise, and lifestyle-wise.
3. Assist the team in creating engaging property walkthroughs and sales pitches tailored to individual customers.
4. Maintain strong follow-ups and relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure a smooth rental journey.
5. Help overcome common objections like price, location, or amenities—turning “maybe” into “yes”.
6. Track daily sales performance and leads using basic CRM tools and share updates with the team.
7. Take part in team huddles and real-time sales training, and grow your knowledge of the rental market and RoomiesX’s unique offerings.
Who we’re looking for:
1. A go-getter who isn’t afraid to talk to new people.
2. Someone with basic knowledge of Pune’s neighborhoods (or willing to learn).
3. Tech-comfortable (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM apps, Google Maps).
4. Eager to learn, adapt, and hustle in a fast-paced environment.
