About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assess client preferences and requirements to guide them toward the most fitting property options.
2. Plan and facilitate site visits to help clients explore projects and stay actively engaged.
3. Update and manage client records by maintaining a structured and detailed log of all communications and follow-ups.
4. Consistently engage with potential leads to move them through the sales pipeline and qualify them effectively.
5. Support the sales team by assisting in deal progression and contributing to overall sales objectives.
6. Stay fully informed about all company projects, pricing, and key features to provide accurate and confident information.
7. Deliver timely responses and high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
