About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Call and follow up with warm/inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable trips
3. Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and timelines clearly
4. Handle objections confidently and close bookings
5. Maintain lead status and follow-ups using internal tracking sheets/CRM
6. Coordinate with the operations team once a booking is confirmed
7. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets
