About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Coordinate with caterers, relationship managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of catering services.
2. Understand client preferences and provide tailored catering solutions.
3. Maintain quality standards for food presentation, service, and hygiene.
4. Oversee catering logistics, including menu finalization and service arrangements.
5. Assist in negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
6. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
7. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of catering supplies.
8. Monitor catering performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
