About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Reaching out to potential students through calls, messages, and social media platforms to share information about Skillnara’s psychology and skill-based courses.
2. Understanding students’ needs and guiding them toward suitable programs offered by Skillnara.
3. Maintaining a daily record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in Google Sheets or Excel.
4. Assisting in planning and executing promotional campaigns to increase enrollments.
5. Coordinating with the marketing and content teams to align communication with ongoing promotions.
6. Attending regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills.
7. Achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets under guidance from mentors.
