About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct research: Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses to collect information for surveys, feedback, or market research purposes.
2. Data collection & recording: Accurately document responses and insights gathered during calls into spreadsheets or CRM tools.
3. Lead qualification & profiling: Gather and verify key details such as company size, industry, contact information, and potential interest in specific services.
4. Market & competitor insights gathering: Use calls to collect informal insights about competitors, customer preferences, or market gaps.
5. Follow up on call and support: Follow up and summarize findings from calls to support sales and push customers to purchase our products.
6. Maintaining call quality & ethics: Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and data privacy while interacting with respondents.
Note: The selection committee schedule-
1. First round: A recorded interview via a Google Form will be shared through Internshala messages.
2. Second round: An interview will be conducted directly with the HR or the founder.
