About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Log in and be available on all assigned sales platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) via Meta Business Suite from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
2. Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries quickly and professionally using pre-approved templates.
3. Personalize responses when needed to build rapport and improve chances of closing the sale.
4. Maintain active follow-ups with potential clients who have shown interest but not yet booked.
5. Update Airtable with every new lead, including contact details, conversation notes, and booking status.
6. Coordinate with the backend operations team to check service availability and confirm bookings.
7. Keep track of your daily leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
8. Participate in sales campaigns or marketing pushes to increase engagement and conversion rates.
9. Attend brief check-ins or performance reviews as scheduled.
10. Report any client feedback, recurring questions, or issues to the team for process improvement.
