About the Internship
Internship: Sales AssociateWe're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Intern to join our team and help us expand our reach in the exciting world of WhatsApp marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and the fast-growing field of conversational marketing.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients (brands, marketing agencies, etc.) who could benefit from our WhatsApp marketing solutions.
2. Outreach: Conduct initial outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and schedule meetings.
3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, creating sales materials, and managing the sales pipeline.
4. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new features in the WhatsApp Business API.
5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Who We're Looking For:
1. A student or recent graduate with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and technology.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A proactive and self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus, but not required.
