About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Report daily during scheduled team meetings.
2. Manage and convert leads from tutoring and other educational platforms.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and maintain effective communication.
4. Handle and update profiles on tutoring websites.
5. Maintain lead databases and track progress using Excel.
6. Assist in sales coordination, follow-ups, and client communications.
7. Assist in managing and optimizing Facebook business profiles.Create, run, and track performance of Facebook Ads campaigns.
8. Assist in manage and engaging with Instagram pages (posts, stories, comments, and interactions).
9. Assist in managing LinkedIn company page and YouTube channel (uploading posts/videos, responding to comments, ensuring consistent engagement).
10. Support in digital marketing strategy to align with sales growth.
11. Assist in basic website management and updates (WordPress or similar).
1. Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or related fields).- Prior experience in sales coordination and digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
2. Strong communication and verbal skills.Ability to demonstrate clarity, confidence, and empathy in conversations with clients and team members.
3. Good cognitive ability, problem-solving, and adaptability.Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
5. Full-time commitment with flexibility (minimum 4–6 hours of focused work daily).
6. Language Requirement: Must know at least 3 languages – English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Tamil preferred).
