About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead management:
1. Call and qualify incoming leads from online portals, social media, and referrals
2. Maintain lead status and daily updates in CRM or Excel
3. Schedule and confirm site visits
B. Client interaction:
1. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget
2. Share suitable project options with pricing, layouts, and location insights
3. Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, or email
C. Site visit coordination:
1. Arrange and conduct site visits with potential clients
2. Explain project USPs, amenities, location benefits, and pricing during the visit
3. Maintain professionalism and punctuality during visits
D. Sales closure:
1. Handle client negotiations and clarify doubts about payment plans, documentation, etc
2. Coordinate with seniors or developers for special pricing or offers
3. Ensure smooth booking process and documentation handover
E. Market research & project knowledge:
1. Stay updated with project inventory, pricing changes, and new launches
2. Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends
F. Daily reporting:
1. Share daily activity reports with lead status, meetings, and progress on closures
2. Attend internal sales meetings or team reviews
G. Post-sales coordination:
1. Assist clients with documentation, agreement signing, or home loan assistance if required
2. Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business
