About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and maintain inventory for new commercial spaces, including Purchase Order (PO) information.
2. Develop and execute strategies for building Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). 3. Actively monitor and supply property inventory available in the market.
4. Identify and generate active leads for interior design projects.
5. Create and maintain a comprehensive database for allied companies and partners. 6. Generate and manage office space requirements for B2B clients.
