About the Internship
As a Real Estate Sales Executive at SRI SAI LOGISTICS EXPERT PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a key role in driving our real estate sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team where you will be responsible for identifying leads, understanding client requirements, and closing property deals. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who has a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying and pursuing new residential and commercial real estate sales opportunities.
2. Interact with prospective buyers to understand their property needs and provide suitable options.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
4. Prepare and present proposals, property documents, and customized investment plans for clients.
5. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
