About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and prospecting.
2. Cold Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients. Introduce the company's products or services and explain their benefits.
3. Pitching: Deliver compelling sales pitches to engage prospects. Tailor conversations to meet the specific needs and interests of each potential customer. Event managing and product presentation experience preferred.
4. Handling Objections: Address and overcome
objections or concerns from potential customers. Provide accurate information and build trust with prospects.
5. Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and meetings with interested prospects. Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
6. Sales Reporting: Track and document all interactions and outcomes. Provide regular reports on call activity and lead conversion rates.
7. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
8. Market Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales and marketing teams. GTM concept selling and up and cross-selling. Package and deal offer management.
9. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to optimize sales strategies, General appointments to carry forward to seniors for closing, and independent closing confidence is also appreciated.
11. Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
