About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:Lead Management & Conversion
1. Lead Management & Conversion
2. Handle inbound leads (website, ads, calls, referrals).
3. Make outbound calls to potential clients (loan defaulters, high-debt individuals).
4. Explain TrueSettle’s services clearly (loan settlement, process, fees, benefits).
5 . Convert interested leads into paying clients.
Client Interaction & Relationship Building
1. Build trust with clients by addressing fears (bank harassment, legal notices, credit score).
2. Provide clear information on how the settlement works.
3. Regularly follow up with clients until payment is made.
4. Act as the first point of contact until the case is handed to the legal/operations team.
Documentation & Process Support
1. Collect necessary client details (loan amount, bank name, overdue status, etc.).
2. Ensure KYC & required documents are shared with the operations team.
3. Maintain proper records in CRM or Excel.
Revenue Generation
1. Meet weekly/monthly targets for service fee collections.
2. Upsell/cross-sell where possible (multiple loan settlements per client).
Market Feedback
1. Share client objections, pain points, and competitor insights with management.
2. Suggest improvements in sales pitch, marketing, or service offering.
