About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in PCB design/layout using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad.
2. Support PCB assembly, including both surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole components.
3. Perform soldering, inspection, and rework of prototype boards.
4. Collaborate with engineers during prototype builds, testing, and debugging.
5. Read and interpret schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings.
6. Debug electronic circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues.
7. Implement and test motor control algorithms for DC/BLDC/stepper motors.
8. Program and debug microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, or similar).
9. Assist in robot assembly, repair, and integration of actuators, sensors, and controllers.
10. Conduct system-level testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
11. Document assembly processes and maintain production/test logs.
12. Follow ESD handling procedures and lab safety standards.
