About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage revenue and distribution strategy for the hotel, overseeing daily yield operations.
2. Maintain and update pricing for the assigned portfolio, identifying and analyzing peak and shoulder days using historical data and industry trends.
3. Evaluate business opportunities from a net profit perspective and make informed decisions (e.g., comparing wedding events with corporate meetings).
4. Oversee group block management, ensuring cut-off dates, rooming lists, and block activities are effectively handled.
5. Collaborate with business leaders, sales channels, and operations to optimize rates and inventory.
