About the Internship
As a research support intern for Udayan Care, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on various projects that make a meaningful impact in the lives of underprivileged children. Your role will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support program development and implementation. Your proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, will be key to effectively communicating findings and recommendations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting in-depth research on topics related to child welfare and education
2. Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns
3. Cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy and reliability
4. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
5. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas and solutions
6. Contributing to the development of research methodologies and strategies
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance research efforts
8. Compilation and analysis of data gathered from all Udayan Ghars, including children's subjective perspectives, along with evaluation of qualitative inputs collected for the care leavers' research on navigating marriage and relationships.
