About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Logistics and Customer Support (via Shiprocket)
1. Monitor NDRs and contact customers to confirm or update delivery status.
2. Coordinate with Shiprocket support in case of delays or misplaced parcels.
3. Maintain and update internal delivery and feedback records.
4. Handle return requests and manage reverse pickup processes smoothly.
B. Influencer / PR Outreach
1. Identify relevant Instagram influencers who fit the brand’s style and audience.
2. Maintain an organized database with influencer details and engagement metrics.
3. Reach out for PR or collaboration opportunities and manage ongoing communication.
