About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Community Engagement:
1. Actively participating on Reddit across relevant subreddits.
2. Managing brand presence authentically, ensuring alignment with subreddit rules, tone, and etiquette.
3. Engaging in discussions, handling comments and trolls tactfully, and contributing meaningfully to threads.
B. Content Creation & Strategy:
1. Writing engaging, authentic Reddit-style posts tailored for each community.
2. Crafting stories, memes, and posts with a strong sense of humor and relatability.
3. Maintaining a non-promotional, community-first approach while subtly aligning with brand goals.
C. Subreddit Research & Fit:
1. Identifying subreddits that align with the brand’s target audience.
2. Analyzing community behavior, tone, and trends to guide posting strategy.
D. Performance Tracking & Insights:
1. Monitoring post performance (upvotes, engagement rate, comments, conversions).
2. Evaluating what works and what doesn’t with examples and insights for improvement.
3. Preparing weekly reports highlighting engagement metrics and learnings.
E. Creative Collaboration:
1. Working with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm campaign ideas suitable for Reddit.
2. Suggesting innovative approaches for organic growth and brand awareness.
