2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Manage candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
5. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
