Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in screening and shortlisting potential candidates
2. Posting job openings across various job portals and platforms
3. Sourcing candidate profiles through online databases and networks
4. Calling and coordinating with candidates to assess interest and fit for the role
5. Reviewing resumes to evaluate qualifications and identify suitable matches for job vacancies
6. Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring all formalities are completed
7. Assisting with onboarding orientation and training activities for new hires
