About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source and screen candidates using Resdex, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
2. Make 30–35 calls per day to potential candidates to assess suitability and interest.
3. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
5. Assist the HR team with other day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.
