About the Internship

DeepThought CultureTech Ventures Private Limited is looking for a talented Recruitment intern to join our team!As a Recruitment intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to attract, screen, and select top talent for our organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our company forward.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels
2. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and social media platforms
5. Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential candidates
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires
7. Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports
