About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic 'HR Recruiter Intern' to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring processes and is ideal for freshers or students aspiring to build a career in HR and recruitment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
5. Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication.
6. Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
7. Support onboarding and documentation processes.
