About the Internship
Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruitment intern to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates.
4. Help with the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
5. Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks and other HR-related projects as needed.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
