About the Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR recruiter intern to support our hiring team. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about recruitment and HR processes.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Call candidates to explain job roles and schedule interviews.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
5. Maintain candidate data and update records in HR systems.
6. Support the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
7. Learn end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
